The reward expressions use either the target’s level or the player’s level. They are grouped by that distinction and by coefficient, with identical variants kept together. This is a reference for reward amounts; it is not the EXP requirement for each level.
Rewards based on the target
These variants use the defeated or captured target’s level.
Target-level reward, lower coefficientEXP-01, EXP-02
output = round(100 × target_level^0.6)
Both variants use the level of the killed or captured target. The duplicate expressions do not establish which encounter selects each one.
Target-level reward, higher coefficientEXP-03, EXP-04, EXP-05, EXP-06
output = round(700 × target_level^0.6)
These four variants use the same higher coefficient.
Rewards based on the player
Changing the level source changes the interpretation even when equations look similar.
Player-level reward, lower coefficientEXP-07, EXP-08, EXP-09
output = round(20 × player_level^0.2)
The level source is the player rather than the target.
Player-level reward, higher coefficientEXP-10, EXP-11, EXP-12
output = round(30 × player_level^0.2)
All three reviewed variants use coefficient 30.
Other reward variants
These versions have different coefficients and do not explicitly round.
Unrounded level reward, coefficient 30EXP-13, EXP-14
output = 30 × level^0.6
These separate-module expressions do not explicitly round.
Unrounded level reward, coefficient 90EXP-15, EXP-16, EXP-17
output = 90 × level^0.6
These are separate definitions from the rounded target-level rewards above.
Level-squared reward with status additionsEXP-18
output = 5 × level² + sparkling_addition + boss_addition
sparkling_addition = 500 when enabled; otherwise 0
boss_addition = 100 when enabled; otherwise 0
The Sparkling and boss additions are independent truth-value branches. No explicit rounding appears here.
Worked examples
At level 32, 32^0.6 = 8 and 32^0.2 = 2. The rounded target-level expressions give 800 and 5,600. The player-level expressions give 40 and 60. The unrounded level expressions give 240 and 720. The squared reward with both additions enabled gives 5 × 32² + 500 + 100 = 5,720.
No mapping of every variant to a particular live enemy, reward type or mode is established. Keep target level and player level separate, and retain the difference between explicit rounding and no rounding.
